The Saugatuck/Douglas community is a special place: quaint shops, quirky history, quality restaurants, and a cohesive community. The cottage provides everything one or two people need for a relaxing stay. Sitting in the garden is a summer delight. Very charming cottage close to town

The back patio and garden were very tranquil, and the cottage was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. Wilma greeted us warmly as soon as we pulled up and let us know she was available if we needed anything. The cottage was tucked back on a quiet drive but a very short walk to all shops and restaurants.

Phenomenal location and hospitality!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay than at the Lark! Upon arrival, Wilma was there to greet us and tell us about the history of the cottage and her beautiful gardens. The cottage itself was absolutely darling and made for a cozy long weekend stay for my partner and I. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main drag in Saugatuck and we enjoyed having that convenient access to dining and shopping. Overall, we would gladly stay at the Lark again and thoroughly recommend it to others!
