"Stuffy room, hard bed , randoms walking , thin walls but was very clean and quiet! I was given keys to a room that someone else was already in. "

"I’ll never stay again at this property. This property was loud. It had smokers who didn’t mind smoking cigarettes and weed all through the third floor. The check-in at check-in front desk agent made this loud announcement to everybody in the lobby so she wouldn’t have to repeat herself. it was just felt like we were being herded into the lobby. Didn’t appreciate that then on top of that my door didn’t close. There was a whole security issue behind me having a room that had a functioning door so I will never stay at this property again I didn’t even stay in my full duration. I left the night that I checked in so I just took a loss of 100 bucks for the night because there was no way that me and my daughter was sleeping in a room that didn’t have a door that properly worked. it was ghetto and if that’s your vibe, then have added it, but definitely not for somebody who understands and appreciates clean rooms that don’t smell like smoke or see sheds of dog here everywhere if they are property that accepts pets, I was looking and hoping for a property that didn’t have rust all on their doors. Rust on the showerhead lime filled showerhead nozzles. I didn’t wanna even take a shower in there. It was so gross. I just left and went back home because I only drove three hours. I was going to go see the beach butit was overall 10 out of 10 do not recommend."

"We didn't even check in. We drove through the parking lot. There were people milling around, sitting on cars, playing loud music. It didn't look safe at all. We tried to get our money back for the room, but the property manager refused. I would definitely not recommend this place, unless you want to be kept up all night and have your car broken in to."

"Hotel under construction so everything felt muggy from dust and an odor I couldn’t figure out. Staff was very friendly though. "

"Check-In was quick and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely, with a decent spread to choose from and staff ensuring food was properly stocked for guests. Room had odor of (old) damp carpet, despite cold A/C temp. and no indication of any sort of cleaning product used. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. No effort by maintenance staff to clean room. Long strands of hair were in the toilet, tub and floor of bathroom. Same thing all over the couch. Toilet seat was loose. Bath floor mat/towel looked and smelled like it hadn’t been laundered. There were obvious splats on the wall next to the bed we cleaned to avoid our kids touching. We were unable to keep beverages/food cool because the mini fridge blew warm air. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and so was the jacuzzi at the pool. For the price per night, it was well below average. Our family of 5 (with kids) stayed one night and that was enough. "

"Some of the doors don’t close. Customer Sevice is just OK. If you book for four people don’t expect to find pillows or towels for the other 2 people. You actually have to request them and they’re not always available. Good luck "
