Easy & inexpensive way to stay in the area: room was small but sufficient (although it was hot and the AC appeared not to work), and the common spaces fantastic (a great kitchen that is well organized and easily accommodates many users, a big dining/common room with tables, outlets, etc., where I got good work done). The town itself is quiet but very pretty, and it was a great place to recover from jetlag before I moved to the center of Copenhagen for more active travels.

We stayed three nights there. Everything about this place was wonderful. However, on Saturday they have “live music” on the top floor of the building. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us one that was maximally away from the noise, but we could still hear the beat until 2 am on Sunday morning. It was pure torture. We couldn’t sleep and then had trouble sleeping for hours afterward. We basically didn’t sleep that night. So if your stay is on a Saturday, and you want to use your room to sleep and not to just store your luggage, look for a room elsewhere. Otherwise, the place IS quiet and nice.

Superbe hôtel! Notre chambre était propre et d’architecture originale.
Quoi dire du déjeuner digne d’une table champêtre!
Juste magnifique de prendre son petit déjeuner dans la verrière sur le toit avec un service d’exceptionnel et une nourriture délicieusement fraîche.
Très bien situé avec petits cafés, microbrasserie local, boulangerie/pâtisseries au coin de la rue et un site de baignade sympathique. J’y reviendrai assurément.
