Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor! I definitely stay here a third or fourth time!

The kitchenette was very handy, and the room overall was great. The only note would be that the view was of a warehouse yard.
