"Renovierte Zimmer sind nicht renoviert, sondern nur teilweise bis gar nicht (ausgebrochene Türrahmen...). Total überteuert für diesen Zustand. Hotel lebt wohl im wesentlichen von übergebührlich engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die bemüht sind Kundenbeschwerden zu handeln. Mitarbeiter wären in besser geführten Hotels besser aufgehoben. "

No one at the reception is ready to help, they have no fans, no backup, and don’t even have keys to the window. The room was so stuffy that in the middle of the night we had the change hotels. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had - avoid at all costs. Edit: they also said they have no rooms left to...
