After booking, you are not allowed to make check-in before you pay a deposit.
The bigger problem that refund of deposit happens after a week upon check-out (if they judge that everything is fine in the flat).
Poor communication and didn't respond to any of my messages that I sent to them

We have traveled to Vienna multiple times in recent years, and have stayed in few different hotels of the same class. The Amauris stands out among the others… their service is the best service we had received in any hotel globally. Special thank you to Pia who went over and beyond for us… absolute rock star!
The hotel is also immaculate and has a wonderful set up that provides privacy and peace. Location is the best. Breakfast delicious. Parking just valet which makes it easy.
I highly recommend this hotel, will not disappoint

It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places.
We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid.

"Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. "It’s a largish one bedroom apt. It is well located and clean. You go into the Restaraunt on the main floor and whoever is there serving will also check you in and take you to your unit. Pretty well set up - no coffee, we bought some instant. We would stay here again for sure."
