"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. "Location wise? Excellent. Very quiet and safe area and closely situated to local tourism highlights of Peles, Bran and Libearty Bear Sanctuary. Very English-Speaking friendly area. The initial presentation of the apartment is quite lovely, but th only drawbacks proving to be that the bathroom was quite dirty and spear bedding appears quite old and stained. The check in process however was quite streamlined, and I’d suggest this place is ideal for a short stay."

"They canceled my trip few days before I was supposed to arrive. I have to find a new location which wasn't very easy. Not nice. I checked the website and the property was still available to rent and got no explanation for that."

"Total failure by apartment host. No checkin in communication 24 hrs prior and no response to multiple comms by phone and whatsapp. I drove to the building but there was no person there or signage. I was unable to stay and had to book another hotel that evening. No communications at all in the 24 hrs since then. If hotels.com dont refund this night stay then thwre will be an immediate ate credit card chargeback for total failure to deliver paid service of one night accommodation. Utterly...

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk everywhere, from historic sites and charming cafés to shops and restaurants. The room offered a stunning view, and the same can be said for the rooftop, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was perfect for kids — not too crowded, and a great way to cool off while enjoying the city skyline. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they were delivered in under five minutes — great service! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again."
