The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for small groups or families.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, bathed in natural light and thoughtfully decorated. From this level, direct access leads out to the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower and WC, serving as the sole bathroom of the property.

The upper floor features 2 sleeping areas, both characterized by atmospheric sloping ceilings and warm wooden floors. The first is an open walk-through room housing 1 double bed, while the second is a smaller room fitted with 2 single beds.
