Relax and recharge with the whole family or group of friends in a recently remodeled 2400 sq. ft. riverfront home with oversize garage & pool (in warm weather). Our property is located in a gated neighborhood & is fully equipped on 18 acres for your short or long term stay-ATV trail riding, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, wildlife watching on our acreage (see boundary map). Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. *Please note this is a year round river but levels will fluctuate due to seasonal or weather conditions. *Pool is winterized in cooler months. Reliable Starlink internet on site!

pool is on, please press the button on the auto vacuum computer pad upon arrival - it’s located on back porch. It will run for 90 mins per day.
swim at own risk, kids must have adult supervision, don’t manipulate equipment, liner or sand in area. No diving off side/ladder. No pets in pool.
