「Our stay here was only for one night, but it was very enjoyable! We would have stayed longer if we could've. Great service! We checked in at about 7:45 pm after a long day of driving and hiking, the front desk ensured we had a table prepared for dinner (which was supposed to end at 8 pm). The waiter was incredibly pleasant, despite us showing up late, and when he found out I was vegan he accommodated a whole 5 course meal for me! The food was amazing! 「Hatten dort einen Zwischenstopp. Für uns prima geeignet, zumal großer Parkplatz. Es hat für uns schon etwas seltsames, wenn man bei einem Hotel seinen Schlüssel nicht an der Rezeption bekommt, sondern aus einer Box . Hat aber gut funktioniert. Frühstuck war prima und das Personal dabei freundlic und aufmerksam. aus 」

「A true gem in the Austrian alps. We had the most wonderful stay with our little dog. Staff and service was personable and attentive, room spacious, clean and luxurious. The food was delicious including a marvellous breakfast spread with anything you could wish for.」

「ディナーも朝食ブッフェもサービスが遅くてスタッフも笑顔が少なく気もききません。客が多い週末は特にそうでした。料理の質が朝夕ともに最高レベルだっただけに残念でした。５泊しましたが週末に限らずファミリーが多く、子供たちが走り回っていて騒々しかったです。ホテルのせいではありませんが。部屋もパブリックスペースも大変ゆったりしていて落ち着けました。周辺には自然がいっぱい。軽い山歩きや散策には最高の環境でした。」

「I’m not one to leave reviews, but Hotel Spielmann absolutely deserves every bit of praise possible. This hotel is exceptional … the staff, the food, the ambiance, the spa, the rooms …. Everything is perfect. The hotel is family run and has been for 100 years and you can feel the love and pride the owners have in everything. The hotels history is a huge part of the story telling a d done in a tryly respectful way. We cannot praise the hotel, staff, food and cleanliness enough. Amazing place...

「Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! 」
