Lazy Days - Sunny Dock - Great Swimming & Fishing - close to Camden

"What a lovely, secluded spot this is. Laura was great and helpful, and Gus is the sweetest dog that likes to visit. We spent lots of time reading and relaxing on the dock, swimming, listening to the Loons. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is great. Location was just fine for us, a short drive to Camden and Rockport. Overall, we LOVED it!"

"The cottage sits at the end of a quiet road, facing Lermond Pond. Kim was present when we arrived and made check-in easy and pleasant. The cottage is just right for two, comfortable, and well appointed (especially the kitchen!), and contains many attractive pictures and craft works Kim has collected. The property and pond are quiet but not isolated. Kim is an ideal landlord, available and friendly but not at all intrusive. Highly recommended."

"Maria's camp was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and the care that went into the property was evident. It is convenient to nearby towns but our family mostly stayed to enjoy the lake, which was quiet and clean. We have been coming to Maine for a few years now and this cabin was the perfect setting for a relaxing, lakeside retreat."

"This was quintessential Maine. Rustic and Family friendly. The dock and location were awesome! We even got to see the bald eagle a few times. Only issue is one bathroom in a place this size is difficult. The master bedroom downstairs could use a dresser. And maybe a closet to hang clothing somewhere. But there was such charm it outweighed the rest. We even had a Wedding Renewal on the DockSo this will always be a special place."

"This is an amazing location. One of the most beautiful lakes in Maine and close to gorgeous hikes and Camden. It is on a protected cove so almost no wind, easy paddling and perfect swimming. We had a wonderful time."
Serendipity Cottage on Lermond Pond

"Kim's lake house was perfect! My family and I stayed here for a month with our 2 dogs. The house is even cuter than pictured. The bedding and towels were very nice which is not always the case in short-term rental homes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a longer stay. Lermond pond was so fun to paddle around and explore. Our dogs just loved this house as well. Kim was a wonderful host! She was so kind and very responsive. I consider her a friend now! We all agreed that this is our favorite house that we have stayed at in Maine. We are hoping to come back next summer and stay again."

"Wonderful property. Super clean and private backyard. The kayaks were great and we were able to explore sonmany near by towns and trails. Amazing host who was available for questions via Vrbo messaging and response time was super fast. Book now!"
