「Was ok stay. Not the best hotel and not worst.」

「Computers were not working and check in took 45 minutes. No one said hello or apologized for our wait. We were then given a musty smelling room with wet carpet and we asked to change rooms. The new room had dirty sheets left in the pull-out couch. We were told they could only give us one extra pillow and no one came to collect the dirty sheets. Breakfast was sparse, machines were broken and normal items were not even out. The carpet is dirty is many spots, the rooms are not being properly...

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience. The first room was in such poor condition that I requested a different one, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The counters were dirty, there was urine on the toilet, hair on the nightstand, dirty microwaves, stained curtains, and spills all over the walls. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning units would not cool below the...
