The staff was not helpful at all
The reception of this motel is open only from 8:30am to 5pm. We had to check out before the reception opened, so we put the room key in the box as instructed. Just after that, we realized that we left a jacket in the room. But since the room is locked, we couldn't get it back. So I emailed the motel to send it back to us. The staff told he couldn't because he didn't have enough information even though I wrote my return address. Even after exchanging some emails, he didn't give us any specific helpful advice at all. We later realized he wanted a pre-paid self addressed envelope, but he didn't clearly say that. After all, we had to look for which courier would be best for this case ourselves. For a first time traveler in Australia, it was very difficult and we were very irritated at their treatment. We will never stay there again.
