DO NOT STAY HERE. The reviewers of all happy homes are the same, they bump the ratings up with their own people. We booked a superior twin room with a city view and had confirmed our arrival time - upon arriving at the hotel they said there were no more rooms and we were taken to another sister hotel. This was a ground floor room that literally opened onto the street and smelled of chemicals. While they waited for us to take the room one of the attendants took a cockroach spray and sprayed it under the bed and turned the fan on. When we refused to take it we were then another sister hotel. All worse than the next. The next happy homes Hotel had mouldy furniture, a mouldy ceiling and no hot water. Here are some photos of you don’t believe it. We were shipped around for two hours between three hotels. The last place they took us to again was not acceptable by any means. With scuff marks all over the walls, peeling paint, rusted bathroom, mouldy furniture and ants. We told them to change the sheets because it clearly was used with dirt marks on the edge of the bed. In the end we were transferred one more time. We booked this through Expedia and even when we showed them photos and told them our experience we received no assistance. BE WARNED!!
