"Still haven’t been able to get in touch with apartment owner after 24 hours, haven’t stayed at the place. I want a full refund "

"Very clean room, friendly staff. Convenience location"

"Continently located close by the airport, the property provides access to local shops and restaurants. During our stay, we have number of false fire alarms including in the early mornings which was not ideal. "

"Nothing like the Pictures and a really really bad smell when enter the room. Also hard to find where we needed to go to have access to our room"

"Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. I tried to call the number listed on my Expedia booking, one staff picked up the phone and asked me to send the copies of our passports via Viber, which was inappropriate and not safe for travelers. "The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty and old. The air conditioning unit in the room had many water stains. Attempts to contact the customer service center...

"In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down "

"Our booking was cancelled at last minute, we were stranded, it happened twice. They ll accept your booking and cancel if get more rental from other platforms. Not reliable and trustworthy. Highle recommend not to book this place."

"Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night"

"checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."
