The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice.
I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo. It’s also a great area for reaching restaurants and attractions by foot.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well.
We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further.
The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.
