"Incredible value. Felt brand new with a gorgeous serene spa/pool/onsen on rooftop and a mind blowing buffet breakfast. A bit of a walk to historic area but right by train station. Felt like luxury and rooms were the biggest we’ve seen in Japan. "

"Excellent hotel! Large, clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower is fabulous — super strong. Also, the quality of the water (it feels super soft) is the best I have ever experienced. Location of the hotel is perfect."

"Room was clean and staffs was friendly, they offer access to the onsen of another hotel (10 minutes walk) which belongs to the same group. Very near Takayama station and walkable to the morning market and the old town district. The only problem is with their air ventilation system, we constantly smell smoke in the room which coming off from the air vent, we have to open the door to let fresh air come in the whole night. "
