The lobby and public area was fone and welcoming. But the room was horrible. Badly stained carpet. Worn out old furniture. Bed was ok. Bathroom was new and clean

the staff were nice, but the property is old and worn out. the room has a ocean view and walking distance to the train station but the non smoking room smells really bad.

Highly recommended!
The breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed it. Coffee was great, too. The ocean view was unforgettable. I was able to see the beautiful sunrise. I would love to stay here when I come back to Hitachi again.

Smile experience! The Staff is very friendly!
Overall the best place you are going to find in Hitachi. The staff remembers you if you come often, and they are very friendly.

Best in Hitachi!
This is the best hotel in Hitachi. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Makes a long business trip a bit more enjoyable. The breakfast is good and they have a good coffee maker in the breakfast buffet. Overall it is a bit older property but it has been maintained well. By far my favorite place to stay in Hitachi.

Nice Hotel at a convenient location
I sometimes go to Hitachi and usually stay at this hotel. It is located just in front of the Hitachi Station (less than 5 minute walk). Not a gorgeous hotel, but very clean and comfortable. There was a free massage chair in the room, which was a positive surprise! (I don't think every room has it). The restaurant on the 1st floor is also very nice for breakfast.

Comfortable room as well as convenient location
Hotel room is very clean including the bed, bathroom.and floor. Very comfortable. Also very convenient as it is located just in front of the Hitachi station. There are restaurants and bars near the station, and you can go back to the hotel after eating / drinking by walk. The buffet restaurant on the 1st floor is recommended for breakfast (Only JPY1,000 + tax).

Very convenient location
It's located just in front of Hitachi station. Near the hotel is a shopping center, restaurants, banks, etc. Buffet breakfast at 1st floor restaurant is nice as well.

建物も綺麗で良くみると少し古いがこの値段で泊れると思うと最高！ 目の前の駐車場は少ないので停められない事も多いかもです。 自分は近くの提携駐車場まで停めに行きました。 でも歩いて5分くらいかな！ そんなに遠くは感じませんでした。 駅の目の前なので電車で行く人にも最適です。 少し古いのでベッドの所にコンセントの電源やUSBなどは備え付けられていません。 その代わりにドライヤーが入ってる所に延長コードも入れてくれてあるのでテーブルのコンセントから電源を取ることができます。

禁煙ルームなのに、カーペットのカビ臭なのか、前に泊まった方がワキガだったのか部屋の匂いが気になりました。消臭スプレーをしたが少し残ってました。 それ以外は清潔だし、朝食も美味しく頂きました。

掃除早くやってくれた。泊まり心地は、普通だった。ホテル自体が新しいとは言えず、多少洗面所の臭いもあった。備え付けのコップは、臭かった隣の部屋の音が少し気になった。

夜遅くのチェクイン 朝早くのチェックアウトでしたが お部屋も広く 清潔でとても居心地よかったです。日立にきたらまた泊まりたいです。 朝日もみれてよかったです。

良いホテルです
ほぼ毎年、大晦日はここで過ごしています。 何と言ってもお部屋から初日の出が拝めるのが最高です。 ホテル自体は　年季が入っていますが、あまり感じないくらいお手入れされ清潔に保たれています。 今回はお部屋に入った時に匂いが気になりましたが、 空気清浄機をつけっぱなしにしたら　大丈夫でした。 フロントの方々はとても丁寧で　対応が良いです。 また　今年の大晦日もよろしくお願いします。
