Extremely frustrating experience. Check-in took several hours because the access code never worked. After three phone calls and countless text messages, we were finally given a backup code. Another couple we were traveling with had the exact same problem, so this is clearly a recurring issue rather than a one-off. We were traveling with young children, which made the whole situation even more stressful and frustrating.
The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was also a strong sewage odor near the ground-floor elevator. Other than that it was fine I guess, but we will choose a different hotel next time.
