「Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel appeared to be brand new so everything was in excellent condition and the room was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils we needed, the internet was super fast and the walk in closet was huge! This hotel is a bit out of the way, so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Other than that though it's a great location, absolutely beautiful. 」

「The front desk lady was very nice, she got around and was also at burger place next store working. It was clean, needs some updating the air conditioner was not great and had to use personal fans to stay cool while sleeping. Overall was a great stay!!」

「Right on down town is perfect for a walk to Melvin’s or right there for something quick to Panda Express. Parking is a little tight but just right especially with the laundry mat right there. If your working from out of town like I am it’s pretty ideal」

「We stayed in the Blue (spa) room and just loved it. It was so beautiful, the tub was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! I had the caramel apple crepe and Le Petit Dejeuner crepe, both were amazing! I would absolutely stay here again! Very clean and the staff we did interact with were very kind. You will not be dissapointed staying at the Heber Valley B and B!」

「This property is a short drive to downtown Park City but it’s within walking distance to most everything you might need during your stay. The property is a bit dated but still well-maintained and more importantly, the people are terrific.」
