My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. Overall, everything was good. ---- 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は良かったです。 ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。 唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。 とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!
