Mundoo Waters is a stunning waterfront getaway on Hindmarsh Island, offering direct access to boating, fishing, kayaking, and breathtaking Coorong National Park views. This spacious waterfront retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment, ideal for families or groups looking to escape to nature. The large front family room features a cozy combustion wood fire, split system air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for comfort year-round. Relax in the ample seating areas or enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV.
The property boasts three generous bedrooms: the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 both offer Queen-size beds, while Bedroom 3 is ideal for kids or friends with 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeping 4). Bedrooms 2 and 3 also come with built-in robes for your convenience. The second living and dining area overlooks the water through expansive windows, making it the perfect place to entertain family and friends. The large dining table seats 8 people comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking, a double sink, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge, and much more.
Enjoy the best of outdoor living with a large front deck and a huge undercover alfresco area, perfect for long hours of relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying views of the South Coast. The gas pizza oven and BBQ are ideal for weekend barbecues, and the outdoor fire area (undercover and with a TV) creates a cozy spot for evenings by the fire.
For entertainment, the shed features a table tennis table, and stored there are 2 single kayaks (please bring your own life jackets if using) and 2 stand-up paddle boards available for water lovers to use.
Please note that all bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Up to two small dogs are allowed on holiday with you but a $75 pet fee will apply. Fencing is not secure so you will not be able to leave your dog unattended at home if you go out.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
