Living & Kitchen: An open-plan living and kitchen area featuring reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus scenic views straight out to the river. Relax on comfortable shared lounges with a TV and DVD player. The basic kitchen features an air fryer and coffee machine (note: no dishwasher).

Outdoors: A private front deck complete with outdoor umbrellas—ideal for taking in the water views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Water & Laundry
Water Supply: The property runs on rainwater. The host generously provides boxed drinking water for your stay.
Laundry: No washing machine on site.

Connectivity: Enjoy a true digital detox—there is no Wi-Fi

Supplies & Amenities: Properties are rented on a self-contained basis. As each property is privately owned, provided supplies and amenities vary from property to property. We provide basic starter supplies to cover your arrival (a complimentary toilet roll and hand wash at each bathroom, dishwasher tablets, and a bin liner). You will need to bring or purchase your own:
Toiletries & personal wash products
Additional toilet paper, paper towels, & bin liners
Food, condiments, tea/coffee, & cooking oils
Laundry powder, dish soap, & additional dishwasher tablets

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge: Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- Non-refundable: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
