This place is horrible. I checked in online with Expedia and when I arrived, the front desk was closed and no one was available to answer the phone and then when I called the after hours number it went to voicemail so the property took my money, but I never even got to stay at the place and they refused to refund my money

The property was a mess. The parking lot was torn up and the carpeted stairs leading to the room were filthy. The shower had mold in it and there were holes in the bathroom cabinets where there should have been drawers or cabinets. The lock to keep people out from the inside was missing and a metal plate in its place. I did not feel safe at this hotel and staff was kind enough give me a refund since there was not another room available at that time.

Convenient & not too crowded location for exploring nearby parks. Love that it's close to the highway, a local Tobie's, and Caribou for morning coffee fix. Sustainable toiletries choices too!

Average, No AC in our Room. But it was a cooler night so worked out for us. Booked through expedia property more older then what pictures was shown, overall it was an ok stay. Quiet, People kept to themselves. & front desk lady was really nice. Also Convenient location. Right next to a cool Antique mall. Casino down the road which we appreciated spent most of our time there & came back just to sleep. If you’re looking for a quick little rest does the job!

The staff was great in their honesty and thank you Expedia for refunding our stay. This hotel didn’t have writing ac and it was over 85-90 Minnesota-heat. They were honest, allowed us to cancel and our money showed back up after 10 days. I wouldn’t stay here though even if the ac was working. It’s really run down.

The bedding was made, but threw the covers back to find someone's dirty socks still between the sheets! Was filthy, hadn't been vacuumed and chairs were ripped... I immediately told the girl at check in that I couldn't stay there and ended up leaving.

I booked on line a few minutes before I arrived at the property. I was unable to get inside the building, because the door was locked. So I did not stay at this motel and left. One of the folks who did have a room spoke to me and said it was not a good place to stay. I would probably not enjoy the stay. I drove away and took a nap at a rest area on Interstate 35.
