Onsen and food was excellent. I recommend you set schedule for guest to time in 30 mins increments. They pick a time they like and try to come at that time. Customers will tend to stick with it and the restaurant can be more organized.

Right by the Himeji train station which is very convenient. A 20min walk to Himeji Castle. Great amenities. Was unable to use onsen due to tattoos but that is common for the area.

Convenient location and a great bath
I used this hotel for my tour that I organized and lead. The room was small but chairs and the side table helped to keep my stuff. I love hot springs and sauna. My tour members also enjoy bath times very much. It’s convenient location. I want to use it again in the future tours.

The snack service was especially great after a long day of walking around! Plus, the room was quite spacious and clean. There isn't much to say in the negative. Maybe having a coffee option along with the instant tea would see a wide range of tastes accommodated.

This was a wonderful little hotel to stay in very close to the train station. We loved the Onsen. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
