Two bedroom Shipyard villa with golf views

The views from this lovely two-bedroom two bath, second floor condo are the first thing you will notice when you walk through the doors. Overlooking a peaceful lagoon and golf course, this is the perfect place to spend your next golf getaway or family vacation!

The large kitchen has been nicely updated with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a large laundry area. The bar will seat two. The kitchen overlooks the large living room and dining room. The dining room seats four plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a smart TV, loveseat, sofa and reading chair. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a large balcony with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath.

Colonnade Club is an easy bike to Shipyard's private beach access. There is also a private community pool.
