"Overall the property was great but BRING YOUR OWN BODY WASH. For some reason the provided body wash is Dawn dish soap (the same soap as the kitchen, we checked) and when asked about it the hosts never responded. "

"The facilities met my expectations, with ease of accessing to the gym and appointments in the hotel room, made my stay comfortable. I would like to point out that the staff were exemplary, from the front desk to housekeepers, in how courteous and thoughtful they towards me and other guests. I would like to extend a special acknowledgment to Shane and Cameron at the front desk, on my arrival they put me at ease which set the tenor and tone of a beautiful trip to Ann Arbor."

"Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"

"The host was very friendly. The room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious! The B&B had a lot of nice little touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. The location is right across from campus and a short walk downtown. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise from the surrounding areas and the place overall was very dated. "
