Efficient and very convenient location. Perfect for early departures. It was hard to get the rooom cool enough. I asked for the temp to be lowered which they have to do from the front desk but it didnt work very well. You have to use apps for everything. It is complicated.

Sofitel London Gatwick
Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded and we were given a 20% off food voucher but were unable to use in the restaurant we chose. Unfortunately our bathroom fan didn’t work but was an overall comfortable stay for our early flight
