"The hotel is conveniently located in the central CBD. Staff is always helpful. However, the hotel rooms can do with updates - I have stayed at the hotel a few times and I find the rooms have electric plugs coming off the walls, bulbs not working, wardrobes are old and now give off that old smell. I lived off my suitcase as I feared the transfer of the wardrobe smell to my clothes. Shower was draining very slowly until I notified reception, they promptly attended to it. "Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "
