Rosebay Cottage was a very serene, clean, and beautiful place to stay! Tucked into the woods with a nice mountain view. Well appointed with everything you’d need. The back porch was our favorite place to gather and enjoy the fireplace! We hope to return sometime soon.

Home away from home! The loveliest rental home ever. Beautiful and very comfortable furnishings, super comfortable beds, big side porch, everything you could possibly need. Everyone in our party agreed that it was like being in someone’s very nice home - it doesn’t feel like a rental. I couldn’t recommend more highly!!!!

Sister Reunion

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this wonderful home. We love the location, chef's kitchen and covered fireplace on the lanai. Always a great stay at the "Nest".

We all loved the covered deck. Perfect for catching up, playing games and enjoying the fireplace. We didn’t expect rain all weekend but it didn’t matter. Plenty of space throughout the house. We’d definitely recommend to others. The grand finale was a visit by a huge mama bear and her three cubs. Could not have scripted it any better.

Wedding weekend stay

This property was so accomodating for our large family gathering for a wedding weekend. The spacious outdoor patio space, with woodburning fireplace, was particularly welcoming and provided adequate cover from the mountain storms.I would highly recommend this property for a large group of people, with comfortable beds for all, plenty of bathrooms, and cozy living spaces.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

We could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was spacious and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the back porch with a fireplace was to die for. It was very close to town and to local restaurants. We would highly recommend to others!

Fantastic porch!

Great location. Shared living spaces were awesome, especially the porch. We had a large party and there was plenty of room for all to gather together. The only complaint is the beds in a couple of the rooms were uncomfortable.
