"The room was well equipped with a kitchenette (including full sized fridge) and everything was very clean. Great location. Beds were a tad too soft though. Highly recommended overall though."

"I stay here often when I travel for work. It is in a great location for my office and it's always clean and well equipped. Sometimes little things don't work (a plug that doesn't fit the bath tub, a tv missing a cable etc) but the staff are responsive via WhatsApp even on the after hours number."

"The location excellent, the hotel staff very nice. However our two bedroom was in the residence section, which is not a problems. The lift had a terrible odour and the room needed a better clean. The kettle needs to be replaced. "

"Run down, 3 star service, restaurant breakfast very ordinary but I will give them full marks on excellent coffee. It’s a great central location but it’s expensive for what you get. The pool was grubby and very little atmosphere and the gym was let go and dirty, disorganised and no water in the gym the whole time."

"Room was ok initially but found an old dominoes box and other junk under the bed when I was leaving. The rest of the place is filthy and often the bathroom as well."

"Just one issue. After making the booking I asked for a low level room as my wife does not like using lifts. The Quest responded and stated that they would accommodate this and advised that they only had 5 levels anyway. What the Quest failed to mention was that no matter what level you were on you had to use the lift - no stairs access available My wife, therefore, had to be accompanied in the lift which at times was inconvenient especially as she likes to go on walks on her own. "

"This hotel is very well located to Luna Park, the Palais Theatre and Acland St. Our room was much larger than I expected, it was clean. Public transport is very close by. "
