Cozy fenced in cottage near buzzing restaurants and famous springs. Memory foam beds and newly remodeled kitchen. Wonderful cafe, coffee shops, brewery, and famous springs minutes away. Enjoy a late evening fire pit and grill out with family and friends. This house is perfect for a cozy getaway. 🌿 Local Recommendations

Here are a few of my favorite spots to visit (and eat!) while you’re here in beautiful High Springs:

🏞️ Springs & Outdoor Adventures

1. Gilchrist Blue Springs
One of the clearest and most scenic springs in the area. I highly recommend renting a paddleboard and spending the day exploring the spring run and river — it’s peaceful, beautiful, and a true Florida gem.

2. Ichetucknee Springs
About a 25-minute drive, but absolutely worth it. Float down the crystal-clear Ichetucknee River on a tube — it’s relaxing, fun, and one of the best ways to experience Florida’s natural beauty.

3. Poe Springs
A quieter spot that’s great for swimming, picnics, and a slower pace. Perfect for families or a peaceful afternoon in the water.

4. Ginnie Springs
Famous for its vibrant blue water and underwater caves. Great for swimming, snorkeling, or just lounging by the spring. It can get busy, but it’s definitely worth seeing at least once.

Nice, cozy place just as described inside. Loved having the king size bed in the master and a kitchen for cooking. Peaceful location close to where we needed to be. Enjoyed bird-watching all the cardinals gathered in the yard. Jessica was very accommodating and had excellent communication.

Unfortunately I feel it should of been cleaner There were bugs at the back door exterior garbage was full alot of leaves at the back door entrance Grass could of been cut or at least weed whacked around the back entrance there were bugs on the window sills Floor in master bedroom needs to be fixed Refrigerator had stains from previous tenants Reached out o you about the recliner & exterior garbage can u did not address these items

The lot is nice and quiet. However, it is not fully fenced. Several parts of the fence were broken and not safe to let dogs off the leash there.House was spacious, but could use a few more cozy touches.We loved the accessibility to downtown and the springs. We would definitely book there again, as the place was very peaceful .

This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron skillet and a good chef knife. The place was very quiet. Next time I visit the springs next summer, I will not hesitate to see if this place is available. It was close to everything that my guests and I were looking for. I rate it 5 stars all the way. The only thing that I can say for improvement would be that the outdoor gas grill could use some work. The grates were fairly rusty and no bottom pan. I made it work by using my cast iron skillet instead of the grates to put a good sear on some steaks. Having the option for an outside grill was nice but not a necessity. There was some charcoal in a cupboard and an a firepit thing I probably could have used instead.

Perfect

Beautiful clean home with great fenced in yard. Close to great restaurants and beautiful downtown High Springs. Very quiet area. I highly recommend this. It's also close to the springs.

Nostalgic springs trip

Had not shared the Florida springs experience with my wife and our friends from out of state. The accommodations were perfectly located just outside High Springs which has turned into a lovely little downtown with great restaurants and things to do. Only 20 minutes to numerous springs. Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Cozy quiet cottage

Beautiful, peaceful, clean. We slept so much on this trip because the house was so quiet and homey! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Clear instructions, annd attentive host. About a minute drive to cute town. Hopefully house is available next year when we go back to Gator Cup! Thanks, Jessica!

Had problems with internet for tv. Changed reservation from bringing our dog to not bringing her with approval from property manager. Still waiting on credit. Overall it was an average experience.

Beautiful house

The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return!

Perfect getaway
