We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious.
We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast.
I can’t say enough about the service!

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

When we got to the hotel, it was closed. We were asked to proceed to the Movenpick. We got good rooms and the location near the city and the entrance to the Old sites is amazing. The only thing we didnt like about the hotel was the cold pool. Ambient was 23, temperature of water was 25. So there was heating but everyone in the pool was shivering.
