"Tons of homeless around outdoor pool made it an unsafe choice to allow kids to swim in the evening. The outside of building looks pretty run down including parking lot. Would not recommend family with young kids."

"Pro's: Covered, secure parking - albeit expensive. Very comfy beds - pillowtop. Bar in the lobby is great and bar food was excellent. Location great for main street and the street car.
