Clean & tidy room. Great breakfast. Perfect location if you are using rail, buses or shinkansen.

My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. Overall, everything was good. ---- 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は良かったです。 ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。 唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。 とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

Very clean room, all self check in , very modern

I saw beautiful ocean view right from my room. Spa was also very nice. One inside and another outside.(of course it was covered!) I truly enjoyed my stay here. Only drawback is around Ibusuki station, business is dead, many stores are closed, kind of depressing to see. Hope they do a better job to draw more people. Nature is great here.
