"Tatami mat full of stain, dust on table, coffee machine area and on lamp at sink area. Big spider web at the outdoor near open air bath. Half shelter only at open air bath and shower area, it was raining when we check in that day. Unable to shower or use onsen. Pillar in room are worn off and those outside are rusty. Washing machine have lot of fibre left on the rim, no maintenance. Breakfast and dinner served not authentic Japanese style and food quality were bad. Disappointing and regretted tgat we paid $500 plus for such room. "

Our kids loved sleeping on futons, running around the playground by the beach, and going to the onsens. It's easy to take the public bus around the area and IC cards are now accepted for fare payment, contrary to info on the bus website. "
