The Onsen baths are great after a city jaunt although a bit of a walk to the baths. Beautiful building and the Japanese room us spacious.

Polite and very helpful reception desk and staff. Super clean. Quiet room. Central location with an entrance that opens on the charming canal leading to Haramayabashi. Quaint street cars just outside. Great buffet breakfast with all kinds of choices. Close to shopping streets, cafes, bars and restaurants.I will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, right in the middle of downtown Kochi. Staff were very helpful and welcoming even to foreign tourists and used more English than expected.
