Expidia canceled my room without even letting me know. the front desk was the one who told me that my room had been cancelled By Expidia. good thing theres more motels avalable never recommending Expidia to any one.

This place was out of all supplies for the room, except toilet paper. No coffee maker, but coffee and cups were in the room.

non-existent staff, bedding was not changed, microwave so small that a paper plate wouldn't fit in it. Room was not cleaned during my four night stay.

The bathroom was very old tub and stained. We needed a cart to carry our luggage. we were given a laundry room cart. We asked for another blanket, was told to turn up the heat. the hotel gave a down filled blanket that was stained. Dont get me started on the bed. it wasnt a traditional mattress, i think it was foam. ugh!!!!

Never again…

This place is the absolute worst. Stained bedding and mattresses, unclean carpet (picked up garbage from the floor as we entered!) and bathroom vanity had someone’s whiskers by the disposable cups. We’d made reservations online, and we had to cancel them and book through them because they weren’t able to access them. No breakfast, even though advertising it was included on their website. Our keys stopped working, and nobody was in the hotel at 7:30 AM to reissue keys. I’m pretty sure someone is supposed to be on hand 24/7 for liability reasons.

Try to find a different place

I wouldn't have stayed here, but all hotels were filled early that afternoon due to fall colors in full bloom. We had speedy ck-in. The room had a musty smell. Dust was on the furniture. No enough cups for water and coffee. The lamps were woren out with cuts and patches, stains. The top sheet was so thin you could see through it. The tub had hair in it. Not enough wash cloths and hand towels per rm. It advertised breakfast, but gave none. Having coffee to serve in the morning would have been a nice touch. It was OK for a night, but I will try to never go back. The price was around $100/night.

Nothing was above and beyond. Lamp shade had blood on it. Bugs in the bed. No breakfast of any form. Would not recommend.

It was very cold that weekend we were there and the halls in the motel were also very cold. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings. We ended up going out for breakfast else where.

Staff friendly and efficient. No smoking room reeked of old smoke and we were immediately given another room and an apology. Quiet room. Accomodations basic but no blankets for beds; one coffee cup and one small waste basket. Microwave and fridge was nice and TV had tons of channels. Breakfast was kind of sparse and food running out 1 hour before end of service. All in all reasonable as expected.

The lady on staff was really nice at check in, however, my room is pretty discusting. Im staying with my 2 year old daughter and im a bit worried to let her touch anything. The towels had something brown on them and look like they where already used and just trown back up and it appears there is a dried puke stain on the wall... not impressed with the housekeeping..

Room was filthy, Dust balls blowing from A/C. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling from wires, beds looked already slept in, mold in bathroom floor corners, holes in walls, hallway ceiling tiles missing exposing, wiring, plumbing etc. Outside entrance littered with cigarette butts, scrap paper. Side entrance brick by door is falling apart. Just god awful experience.

The rooms was absolutely filthy. I would not recommend it to anyone. When we checked out in the morning the staff wouldn’t even come to the front desk.
