"I loved my stay! The room was small but had everything I needed with a beautiful view. The location was also perfect-- very close to the train station and walking distance to the historic core. I was confused to check in at the bar below, but loved having the restaurant and patio right in my hotel. They easily accommodated my gluten allergy, the food was great and the vibes were immaculate! We enjoyed the bicycleā€™s that they offered for a very reasonable fee, it gave us a chance to see more of Bruges The bus stop was very convenient to the hotel and walkable to the City Center, only about a mile. Lidl Grocery Store was very handy and close by the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at Novotel was excellent! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms and the food was delicious. My kids loved the pool! The location is fantasticā€”itā€™s only about a 4-minute walk to a laundromat and just a few minutes walk from the central market area, where youā€™ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The smell of chocolate and waffles never stops! Whether youā€™re traveling solo, with family and children, or with friends, this is a perfect hotel to stay at. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!"
