"When we checked into our first room we immediately requested a different room. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The 2nd room was worse. The floors again were not even vacuumed. The toilet had stains on it and don’t even want to think of what that was. We immediately left the hotel. Still waiting to hear about a refund it was that bad!"

"Pool rather small not many chairs. Coffee great breatfast minimal. Bagels hard. Would stay again as great for the money and a one or two day stay"

"The primary bedroom had an unusable bed. Hard as a rock 8" foam on wooden slats. My wife gave up and sleep on the sofa.I took pictures of apparent termites in the guest bathroom. The coffee maker was NOToperative. The front landscaping was overgrown with weeds.This is not a single family home -- it is an old duplex. with a junk car parked to the front.We walked away after one day. The place was unlivable for us. If this is the VRBO standard we all done with VRBO. Who inspects these places. This property was grossly misrepresented. We deserve a refund."

"Ended up staying here last minute and so glad we did. It turned a bad trip into a lovely vacation. Lots of room for our dog and plenty of shoreline to run around on. Great bike and walking trail that runs nearby. Space for boats and other recreational vehicles. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms are clean and well maintained. "

"The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place"

"The general property condition was very good, not excellent, but very good. My room had a bathtub and the first time I stepped into it, I almost crashed and fell. The tub was extremely slick with not rubber bath matt. I had to hang onto the grab bar the whole time I was taking my shower...NOT an experience I want to repeat. Both the furnished shampoo container and the conditioner containers were empty. The bathtub at the back had a rust spot about the size of a quarter, but that didn't particularly bother me. The next morning I went down to the front desk and they brought up a bath matt (thank God!) and new shampoo and conditioner supplies. The new shampoo worked and the conditioner container would not...I gave up. On the other hand, the breakfast was normal for a motel and the coffee was actually very good. I have stayed at the Best Western down the street in Parker and this is better, just not a lot better if you can get a room on the first floor at the Best Western - they don't have an elevator at the Best Western and the steps are steep!"
