Super Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee und Seebrücke Bansin. Die Fahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr abenteuerlich. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und mit dem brennenden Kamin hatten wir gemütliche Abende.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit toller ostseetypischer maritimer hochwertiger Einrichtung, noch unverbauter Blick zum Meer, was sich allerdings zukünftig ändern wird, da Seetelhotels auf der anderen Straßenseite mehrere Gebäude bauen wird.Der zur Ferienwohnung zugehörige Parkplatz befindet sich auf der Rückseite zum Haus und ist nicht direkt zugänglich, sondern muss mit dem Auto umständlich angefahren werden. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist mit einem mittelgroßen Auto gerade noch machbar, da die Ein- und Ausfahrt sehr eng und kurvig ist. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist abgelegen und nicht überwacht.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, top Lage und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht in erster Reihe zur Ostsee. Leider steht dort ein Neubau direkt vor der Nase an. Sehr schade für diese Unterkunft. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub und sogar das Wetter war grandios!

Tolle Wohnung mit erstklassiger Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Obergeschoss ist aber durch einen Aufzug leicht zu erreichen. Von dort oben hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Ostsee und die Strandpromenade . Der Balkon der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist bietet einen schönen Rückzugsort und Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbaden. Allein die Zufahrt zum Parkdeck ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und für größere Fahrzeuge schon eine kleine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung! Schon beim Betreten haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – die Wohnung ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten – hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die tolle Lage: Ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Perfekt, um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
