「Bright and clean times, great shared kitchen facility, lovely staff and a nice short walk at the back of the hotel (great of you’re staying with dogs). 」

「Le chateau est beau et le site enchanteur. Employé très courtois et professionnel. Les chambres sont bien mais pas parfaitement propre - toile d’araignée et poussière. Pas d’eau chaude le matin pour les douches dans le chateau (même après avoir laisser coulée 10 min). Charmant. 」

「The property is a very interesting historic building with beautiful grounds. The breakfast (not included in my room rate) was very good and the owner had helpful suggestions on things to see and do in the area. I enjoyed my stay very much」

La chambre était glaciale, le chauffage en panne, et ma demande d’aide a été accueillie avec agacement. La salle de bain était impossible à chauffer, la propreté du sol et des toilettes insuffisante. Expérience largement en dessous du minimum attendu. 」

「Not clean, dirty sheets, employee entered my room telling me to check out a 9h45 while I was working (checkout is at 11). Mold in bathroom, stained carpets. I’ve travelled in countless motels and this is by far my worst to date. 」

「Characterful hotel with a large comfortable room and secure parking. No restaurant open when we stayed and we felt the room could have been cleaner whilst the bedding had holes in it. That said, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and polite, well presented and professional; she more than made up for any shortcomings. 」
