Due to an ongoing legal dispute against the Lindau District Office before the Administrative Court, the apartment is currently only available for residential use. We thank you for your understanding and will be happy to keep you updated on the progress of the matter.

Alternatively, you have the opportunity to purchase the entire holiday home, with a living space of over 250 m² on a spacious plot of over 1,000 m². This gives you the opportunity to permanently enjoy your vacation in this unique setting and to design the house entirely according to your individual wishes. A trial stay can of course be arranged if you are seriously interested in purchasing.

The Baufritz eco-friendly wooden house has been shining in new splendor since 2014.

We are renovating the house and the exterior facade with oil and are updating some of the holiday apartments "Dream View in Mollenberg" (No. 76494) and "Experience Luxury in Mollenberg" (No. 48316).

We're adding a new travertine natural stone bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower to the upper apartment, "Traumblick."

We offer a comfortable vacation apartment near Lindau on Lake Constance in the border triangle.

Ideal if you want to relax from your hectic everyday life. Real teak garden furniture is available in the garden.

You can really make yourself comfortable in the evenings at the in-house barbecue and fire pit.

The house features a large and bright living and dining room with a separate bedroom on the upper floor. A friendly and bright kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and a new dishwasher awaits you.

And the absolute highlight is the natural stone bathroom. Here, we placed particular emphasis on exclusive materials. A modern and high-quality bathroom with Turkish travertine in gold and Italian marble.
