For the price paid (250$ for 2 nights) and the 4 star category I found the hotel did not fully live up to that. Positive things were: rooms as photographed with modern interior and comfy mattress, nice lighting in the room and location is very central, 24 hr reception, I was not charged for the water I took from the mini bar when checking out Negative things: lots of smaller issues with cleanliness especially in the bathroom that show lack of attention to detail, shower and bathroom seemed a bit weirdly engineered, breakfast was not good and service at breakfast was pretty much non-existent Note: while the location is central and nice with the church in front, it can get noisy as children were playing around and the area is very lively. This is something to consider if you’re noise-sensitive

Location was paramount to our overall trip enjoyment. Hotel was extremely clean and views of clock towers and plazas were unbeatable. Our breakfast options allowed for everyone’s palate’s to be satisfied from coffee to entrees. Appreciated having friendly staff at the front desk who assisted in arranging taxis. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent customer service at all times. Incredibly knowledgeable approachable friendly staff that went above and beyond the call of duty.This was an exceptional stay the service, cleanliness, price, location and a wonderful environment.The staff made you feel comfortable when you where inside your room o outside sitting.Everything you need is nearby.
