- Front Porch: One step up to a welcoming porch with a grill, table seating for 6 under an umbrella, a cozy couch for 2, 4 additional chairs, and a storage box with cushions.
- Dining Room: Features seating for 6, a cabinet, and a telescope. Direct access to a deck with a grill and lake views.
- Kitchen: Fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, a window overlooking the lake, and an island with 4 bar stools.
- Living Room: Roadside-facing with a 55” Smart TV, 2 couches (seating for 5), a recliner, a rocking chair, 2 end tables with lamps, and a coffee table.
- Bathroom: Includes a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combination.
- Bedroom 1: Perfect for kids or groups with 2 bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full), a dresser, closet, and an end table with a lamp.
- Master Bedroom: A serene retreat with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a lamp, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and access to the deck. Features a 54” Smart Samsung TV.

Lower Level:
- Game Room: Includes a pool table, shelving, mini fridge, and high-mounted light switches.
- Living Area: Features a sleeper sofa, seating for 3-5, a table with 2 chairs, a ceiling fan, and access to the lower patio. Includes a 65” Smart Samsung TV.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a lamp, ceiling fan, closet, and access to the patio.
- Bedroom 4: King-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a lamp, ceiling fan, mirror, closet, and access to the patio. Features a 55” Smart Samsung TV.
- Bathroom: Double sinks, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
- Laundry Room: Full-sized washer and dryer, plus cornhole game.

Outdoor Amenities:
- Front Yard: Firepit with seating for 4.
- Dock: Includes a ladder, Bluetooth speaker, 2 chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, a table, boat tie-up for one boat, water float toys, and a water depth of 3 feet.
- Lake Equipment: 2 kayaks with paddles and a water mat are available for guest use.

We do allow pets. Two dogs up to 50 pounds with a non refundable $100.00 fee.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.
