「This cottage was the *perfect* home base for a mother-daughter trip for 2 moms and two daughters to celebrate our girls’ graduation from high school. The cottage was absolutely charming, and was comfy and cozy in all the ways that we’d hoped for! It was beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed. 「We had a wonderful stay at the cowshed when we attended a friends wedding reception at the nearby Lapstone barn. The property was lovely, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The hosts provided lots of useful information which we made use of the following day. Chipping campden is a beautiful cotswold village and the property is ideally situated for exploring it. Would definitely stay again! 」

「So we booked this, gorgeous little place for a valentine's night stay. I had a question and the owners replied quickly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. "非常に暑い日にも関わらず、エアコンが故障していた。冷えるのに時間がかかると言われ数時間待ったが、全くかわりなしで、体調がわるくなり倒れそうになった。急いで荷物をまとめて部屋を出て部屋を交換してくれるよいに頼むと、渋々交換してくれたが、予約した部屋より狭い部屋しか空いてないと言われたが、熱中症になるよりはましなので、その部屋に移動した。部屋の差額は返金されなかった。後で口コミを見たら何ヶ月前の口コミにも同様にエアコンが故障していたというものがあった。あの暑さで空いている部屋がなかったら熱中症で倒れていただろう。客の最低限の安全も確保できないホテルだと思った。有名ホテルで系列には何度も滞在したことがあるがこんなことは初めてだった。非常に失望した。"
