"The room was not located in the main resort as expected. The room was dark and had a light that was out. The hair dryer didn't work. Attempting to get the problems resolved took hours. We were able to get help only after shift change"

"Cozy cabin, nice and clean. Not a lot of amenities in the surrounding area and the long dirt road that the cabin sits on is undesirable…don’t recommend if you’re trailering a boat."

"This is a fishing cabin. There are plenty of beds. But several rooms are only separated by a curtain and not an actual door. As noted in other reviews, the water in the shower stills drips, resulting in the floor being slightly wet. As others have mentioned, it is close to the highway so you will hear highway traffic during the night. It is very close to Pendleton park which offers a public boat ramp, swimming area and nice playground for children. There is a dollar general across the road incase you forgot to pack anything. The grill is a charcoal grill and is reaching the end of its functionality but will get the job done in a pinch. There were no smoke detectors in the house which was concerning to me along with some of the electrical work that has been done. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall the stay was ok and about on par with what I expected based on reading the reviews and seeing pictures. It was a little grungier than in the pictures but clean enough. If you arrive after dark, it is a little hard to find from the roadway at first. "

"Our family enjoyed our time at the lake and made some great memories together. We had a fun vacation, even though we were surrounded by tiny bugs during mating season, which gave us a few laughs. A few bugs got into the rooms as well. The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns right away, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property was not quite what we expected. The home is a renovated double-wide trailer. The photos primarily highlight the updated side, so we were surprised to see that the other side of the exterior appeared unfinished when we walked around the property. Aside from that, everything else was fine, and we were still able to enjoy our stay."
