"The best experience our family has had in any vacation rental, EVER! 12 adults and 4 children from five different states met here for our family Thanksgiving in November 2025. Top-notch facilities, amenities, communication, you name it. We had very high expectations, and they were exceeded in every way. Cannot recommend this location or this property owner more highly! Two of the adults who participated in our get-together here have already booked it for themselves for a significant event next year, and I'm sure there will be more. Thank you so much!"

"Great stay for a climbing trip with friends. Would definitely recommend AWD for vehicles getting to this spot. The place was large and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped for many home cooked meals. The hot tub was really nice to have after a long day. "

"We came to Arkansas because my husband and I eloped at Sam’s Throne. We booked this house for my family to stay at. It was PERFECT! The creek in the back yard for the kids to play plus the giant yard to allow them to run around for hours on end. Check in was incredibly easy and any time I needed to contact the host, she answered promptly! Every room was clean and ready for us when we got there. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Jasper, AR. And it’s only a few minutes up the road from the main town which is SO CUTE with the sweetest locals and the cutest shops. We had 7 adults and 5 children and it fit us so comfortably. 10/10 recommend and couldn’t be happier with our stay!"
