"An amazing hidden Gem. if you want quirky glamping, this is the place for you. Lizzie and Mike are fantastic hosts, made us feel more than welcome. They went above amd beyond. The railway sleeper had everything we needed, kitted out kitchen, communal wash and showers. If you want a peaceful break and dont mind sharing your outside space with Cockerell and beautiful bantams, I would highly recommend. Local village has everything you need and is a 1.5 mile walk."

Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. "Great b fast , slightly small choice of evening meal. 1st meal of fish and chips excellent but sadly 2 nd meal of steak , was not a good one , tough and tasteless. Bed room had lovely views and lounge area , which made us overlook the shabby wallpaper! Comply nice bed , pillows not so . "

"Our stay at Higher Trenear Farm was amazing. We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance. We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery — it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special. Hosts Kate and Terry were incredibly welcoming and kind. We’d absolutely love to stay again!"

"What an amazing holiday we have had! We had never booked a holiday rental before, and we are so glad we booked Primrose Cottage for our first experience. The accommodation is perfect; a real home from home. Such a comfortable, relaxing environment. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. We jokingly said that the only thing we hadnt seen was weighing scales for cake baking... only to find them a day or so later! Our kids loved playing in the garden and in the games room, and we loved relaxing on the sun loungers and on the cozy sofa. The village is really lovely too - a spar that stocks all the essentials, pubs to eat in, and all within a stones throw of amazing beaches. We are a neurodivergent family, so we had a lot of boxes to tick when looking for accommodation, and this ticked all of them. Jane is an amazing host too; always responsive and helpful. If, like us, you are looking for a slice of luxury to base yourself on the Lizard, look no further."
