"The room was clean and well equipped. Not being able to easily open the windows on the hottest day of the year was annoying. A hack to wedge curtains open to allow some air in through the tiny gap available was not needed. A fan was also not available. Having to order food via an app was not great. ..."

"On arrival Monday 4.30pm, this is a really lovely property, clean & tidy, parking not a big issue, quiet street, but the property was freezing cold, heating thermostat set at OFF, boiler was on. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, ..."
